The Jaguar E Type Register has hired Goodwood Circuit on Monday 3rd May 2010 and is organising a Track Day, open to Jaguar Cars and Jaguar derivatives and other cars by invitation.



We can accept bookings for 60 cars on the track and advanced booking is essential. The cost will be £145 per car/driver, £30 for each additional driver. For those who wish to come and join in the day but not go on the track, numbers are not restricted and admission is free. There will be an administration charge of £20 on the day for passengers who wish to go on the track Only 10 cars will be permitted on the circuit at any time. Instruction briefings will be given to all drivers by ARDs (Association of Racing Drivers) instructors.

Sign-on will commence at 07.30 with track sessions starting at 09.00 There will be a lunch break from 12.15 to 13.30 and all track sessions will stop at 17.00. Catering facilities will be available. Goodwood will be providing marshals and emergency services.

As is normal for all off-road activities, you are advised to check your insurance cover. Please remember to bring your driving licence with you. Helmets are mandatory for all participants and we recommend that you bring your own although a small number will be available for hire if required. Dogs are not allowed in Goodwood. For this event, all cars must not exceed a 98 (static) / 96 (Drive by) decibel noise limit. This is a strict limit and cars not passing this test will not be allowed on the circuit and no refunds will be given. It is recommended that open cars are fitted with roll-over bars.

A social evening is being organised the previous evening, Sunday 2 May 2009 and a special rate has been negotiated with the Chichester Park Hotel, adjacent to Goodwood.
