Yes I have some photos of Roger Mac's E-Type when he was racing at the Nürburgring Oldtimer Grand Prix 1982 to 1987 (not sure about the exact time). Maybe I also wrote an article about his car in the german JAG club magazine at the time when I was running the E-Type register. I have to dig into my files if you are interested!

Rob, I cannot find anything in the E Type Register Directory under the registration number. Would you have a chassis number which I could check?

The car is back in John Lewis's ownership and was damaged at the recent Rheims Commemorative event when his son lost it on a damp patch. It is currently being rebuilt

My dear Papa Built the engine and i had the lovely job of lapping in valves to her ! Was a very quick car in its day especially in the hands of Roger.

I clicked on this question when you first posted it an hour ago and I didn't know the answer. I'm currently watching The Green Mile on Sky which I recorded at Christmas and guess what came on during the adverts? John Lewis's sweet child of mine advert. =D I thought it was a freaky coincidence so I found the question again just to say this. Also I checked with the person above on youtube and they have the right band, it's Taken by Trees.
